I'm a complete beginner. Can I join?
Yes. The cohort is beginner-friendly. You start with editing fundamentals (tools, media workflow, cutting and organising footage) and progress to advanced editing and portfolio work.
Which software will I learn?
Adobe Premiere Pro (editing workflow, audio, colour and exporting) and Adobe After Effects (animation and compositing foundations), plus responsible generative-AI and agentic workflows for editing.
Do I need my own laptop or Adobe licence?
Yes, you will need a laptop capable of running Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects. We will guide you on how to get the software and licenses during the onboarding.
Are the classes live?
Yes. This is a 3-month live cohort with interactive sessions and real-time feedback from mentors.
How long is the cohort?
Three months, in three stages: Editing Foundations, Advanced Creative Production, and Portfolio & Career Preparation.
When are the live classes?
Live classes are typically held on weekends or weekday evenings to accommodate students and working professionals. The exact schedule will be shared before the cohort starts.
Can I attend alongside college or work?
Yes, the cohort is designed to be manageable alongside other commitments. Many of our learners are students or full-time employees.
Will sessions be recorded?
Yes, all live sessions are recorded and made available for later viewing if you miss a class or want to revise.
